Pladex is indicated for the treatment of:
Prevention of heart attack and stroke after acute coronary syndrome or stent placement.

Dosage and administration of Pladex:
Adults: aspirin 75 mg with clopidogrel 75 mg once daily after food, for the period prescribed by the cardiologist.

Pladex should not be used in:
- Active bleeding or peptic ulcer.
- Severe liver impairment.
- Allergy to aspirin or NSAIDs.
- Children and teenagers with viral illness.
