Ezetrol is indicated for the treatment of:
- High LDL cholesterol, alone or with a statin.
- Homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia and sitosterolaemia (specialist).

Dosage and administration of Ezetrol:
Adults: 10 mg once daily at any time of day, with or without food.
