Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Erenzo is indicated for the treatment of:
Symptomatic anaemia associated with chronic kidney disease, in patients on dialysis or not on dialysis.

Stabilises hypoxia-inducible factor, which increases the body's own erythropoietin and iron use.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Erenzo:
- Adults: start 70 mg (under 100 kg) or 100 mg (100 kg and over) three times weekly in people not on dialysis; 100-120 mg three times weekly on dialysis; adjust every 4 weeks to keep haemoglobin around 10-12 g/dL (not above 12).
- Specialist-directed.
Erenzo-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ডায়ালাইসিসে নেই এমন রোগীদের সপ্তাহে তিনবার ৭০ mg (১০০ kg-এর কম) বা ১০০ mg (১০০ kg ও তার বেশি) দিয়ে শুরু; ডায়ালাইসিসে সপ্তাহে তিনবার ১০০-১২০ mg; হিমোগ্লোবিন প্রায় ১০-১২ g/dL (১২-এর বেশি নয়) রাখতে প্রতি ৪ সপ্তাহে সমন্বয়।

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Erenzo may interact with:
Phosphate binders and iron or calcium products (take at least 1 hour apart), statins and gemfibrozil (raise levels), probenecid.
Erenzo-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
ফসফেট বাইন্ডার এবং আয়রন বা ক্যালসিয়ামযুক্ত পণ্য (কমপক্ষে ১ ঘণ্টা ব্যবধানে নিন), স্ট্যাটিন ও জেমফাইব্রোজিল (মাত্রা বাড়ায়), প্রোবেনেসিড।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Erenzo should not be used in:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Hypersensitivity.

Side Effectsপার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Possible side effects of Erenzo:
- High blood pressure, blood clots (including in dialysis access), diarrhoea, nausea, high potassium, headache.
- Raised liver enzymes, seizures, infections.

Use of Erenzo in pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Must not be used in pregnancy.

Precautions & Warningsসতর্কতা
Precautions while using Erenzo:
- Monitor haemoglobin and blood pressure regularly; do not exceed the target haemoglobin.
- Report leg swelling, chest pain or sudden breathlessness.
Erenzo ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা:
- নিয়মিত হিমোগ্লোবিন ও রক্তচাপ পর্যবেক্ষণ করুন; লক্ষ্যমাত্রার বেশি হিমোগ্লোবিন হতে দেবেন না।
- পা ফোলা, বুকব্যথা বা হঠাৎ শ্বাসকষ্ট হলে জানান।
