Brintexa is indicated for the treatment of:
Major depression in adults.

Blocks serotonin reuptake and acts on several serotonin receptors.

Dosage and administration of Brintexa:
Adults: 10 mg once daily (5 mg to start in sensitive patients); may be increased to 20 mg or reduced to 5 mg.

Brintexa may interact with:
MAO inhibitors, other serotonergic drugs, rifampicin, carbamazepine, bupropion, NSAIDs.
Brintexa-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:

Brintexa should not be used in:
- Use with MAO inhibitors.
- Hypersensitivity.

- Rare: suicidal thoughts, serotonin syndrome, low sodium.
