Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Attentin is indicated for the treatment of:
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children over 6 years, adolescents and adults.
Attentin নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Attentin:
- Adults and children over 70 kg: start 40 mg daily, increase after at least 3 days to 80 mg (maximum 100 mg); children by weight (0.5-1.2 mg/kg/day).
- Specialist-directed.
Attentin-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ও ৭০ kg-এর বেশি ওজনের শিশু: দৈনিক ৪০ mg দিয়ে শুরু, কমপক্ষে ৩ দিন পর ৮০ mg পর্যন্ত (সর্বোচ্চ ১০০ mg); শিশুদের ওজন অনুযায়ী (০.৫-১.২ mg/kg/দিন)।

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Attentin may interact with:
MAO inhibitors, fluoxetine and paroxetine (raise levels), salbutamol (raised heart rate), antihypertensives.
Attentin-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
MAO ইনহিবিটর, ফ্লুঅক্সেটিন ও প্যারোক্সেটিন (মাত্রা বাড়ায়), সালবিউটামল (হৃদস্পন্দন বাড়ে), উচ্চ রক্তচাপের ওষুধ।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Attentin should not be used in:
- Use with MAO inhibitors (within 14 days).
- Narrow-angle glaucoma, phaeochromocytoma, severe heart or blood vessel disease; hypersensitivity.

Side Effectsপার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Possible side effects of Attentin:
- Reduced appetite, nausea, dry mouth, trouble sleeping, dizziness, raised blood pressure and heart rate.
- Rare: suicidal thoughts (especially in children and teenagers), liver injury.
Attentin-এর সম্ভাব্য পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া:
- ক্ষুধা কমা, বমি বমি ভাব, মুখ শুষ্ক, ঘুমের সমস্যা, মাথা ঘোরা, রক্তচাপ ও হৃদস্পন্দন বৃদ্ধি।
- বিরল: আত্মহত্যার চিন্তা (বিশেষ করে শিশু ও কিশোরদের), লিভারের ক্ষতি।

Precautions while using Attentin:
- Monitor blood pressure, pulse, mood and growth.
- Report yellow eyes or dark urine.

- রক্তচাপ, নাড়ি, মেজাজ ও বৃদ্ধি পর্যবেক্ষণ করুন।
- চোখ হলুদ বা প্রস্রাব গাঢ় হলে জানান।
