Alfumax is indicated for the treatment of:
Urinary symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Dosage and administration of Alfumax:
Adults (men): extended-release 10 mg once daily after a meal; immediate-release 2.5 mg three times daily.

Alfumax should not be used in:
- History of fainting on standing.
- Severe liver impairment; use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
