Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Hepatab is indicated for the treatment of:
- Reduction of recurrence of hepatic encephalopathy.
- Travellers' diarrhoea.
- Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Hepatab:
- Hepatic encephalopathy: 550 mg twice daily.
- Travellers' diarrhoea: 200 mg three times daily for 3 days.
- IBS with diarrhoea: 550 mg three times daily for 14 days.
Hepatab-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- হেপাটিক এনসেফালোপ্যাথি: দিনে দুইবার 550 mg।
- ভ্রমণকারীর ডায়রিয়া: ৩ দিন দিনে তিনবার 200 mg।
- ডায়রিয়াসহ IBS: ১৪ দিন দিনে তিনবার 550 mg।

Hepatab should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to rifamycins.
- Intestinal obstruction.

- Rare: Clostridioides difficile colitis.
