Nestril is indicated for the treatment of:
- Secondary amenorrhoea and abnormal uterine bleeding.
- Endometriosis; progestogen-only contraception (certain products).

Dosage and administration of Nestril:
- Menstrual disorders: 5-10 mg daily for 10-14 days of the cycle.
- Endometriosis: 10 mg daily continuously.
- Contraception: as per the product label.
