Filarex is indicated for the treatment of:
- Lymphatic filariasis.
- Loiasis and tropical pulmonary eosinophilia (specialist).

Dosage and administration of Filarex:
- Treatment: 6 mg/kg daily in three divided doses for 12 days.
- Mass treatment: a single 6 mg/kg dose, often with albendazole.
