Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Fisopen is indicated for the treatment of:
- Syphilis.
- Prevention of rheumatic fever recurrence.
- Streptococcal pharyngitis (single deep IM dose).

- সিফিলিস।
- রিউমাটিক জ্বরের পুনরাবৃত্তি প্রতিরোধ।
- স্ট্রেপ্টোকক্কাসজনিত গলার সংক্রমণ (একবার গভীর মাংসপেশিতে)।

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Fisopen:
- Deep IM injection only: 1.2 million units once for streptococcal pharyngitis; early syphilis 2.4 million units once; rheumatic fever prevention 1.2 million units every 3-4 weeks.
- Never give intravenously.

- শুধু গভীর IM ইনজেকশন: স্ট্রেপ্টোকক্কাল ফ্যারিঞ্জাইটিসে একবারে 1.2 মিলিয়ন ইউনিট; প্রাথমিক সিফিলিসে একবারে 2.4 মিলিয়ন ইউনিট; বাতজ্বর প্রতিরোধে প্রতি ৩-৪ সপ্তাহে 1.2 মিলিয়ন ইউনিট।

Fisopen should not be used in:
- Penicillin allergy.
- Never give by the intravenous route (can be fatal).
