Pyramide is indicated for the treatment of:
Tuberculosis (intensive phase, always with other anti-tuberculosis drugs).

Dosage and administration of Pyramide:
Adults: about 25 mg/kg once daily (usually 1.5-2 g) for the first 2 months, as per national guidelines.
