Inomin is indicated for the treatment of:
Short-term support in acute heart failure and cardiogenic shock with low cardiac output.

IV infusion only: 2.5-20 mcg/kg/min, adjusted to response, with continuous monitoring in hospital.

- Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.
- Severe aortic stenosis, phaeochromocytoma; uncorrected low blood volume; hypersensitivity to sulfites.
