Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Force is indicated for the treatment of:
- Severe infections: pneumonia, septicaemia, complicated urinary tract and skin infections.
- Febrile neutropenia.

- গুরুতর সংক্রমণ: নিউমোনিয়া, সেপ্টিসেমিয়া, জটিল মূত্রনালি ও ত্বকের সংক্রমণ।

Bactericidal; blocks bacterial cell-wall synthesis.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Force:
- Adults: 1-2 g IV every 12 hours; up to 2 g every 8 hours in life-threatening infections; reduce in kidney impairment.
- Hospital use.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতি ১২ ঘণ্টায় ১-২ g শিরায়; জীবনঘাতী সংক্রমণে প্রতি ৮ ঘণ্টায় ২ g পর্যন্ত; কিডনির দুর্বলতায় কমান।

- Rare: severe allergic reaction, Clostridioides difficile colitis, blood disorders.

Precautions while using Force:
- Check for penicillin or cephalosporin allergy before use.
- Reduce the dose in kidney impairment.
- Prolonged use can cause overgrowth of resistant organisms.
