Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Carpine is indicated for the treatment of:
- Glaucoma (eye drops).
- Dry mouth after radiotherapy and in Sjogren's syndrome (oral tablets).

Stimulates muscarinic receptors, increasing saliva and constricting the pupil.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Carpine:
- Oral: 5 mg three times daily with meals.
- Eye drops: 1-2 drops of 1-2% up to four times daily, as directed.

Carpine may interact with:
Beta blockers (slow heart rate), anticholinergic drugs (opposing).

Carpine should not be used in:
- Uncontrolled asthma; acute iritis.
- Biliary or kidney stones; hypersensitivity.
