- Angina.
- High blood pressure.
- Supraventricular heart rhythm disorders.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Verapamil Hydrochloride:
Adults: 40-120 mg three times daily; sustained-release 240 mg once daily; IV 5-10 mg slowly for supraventricular tachycardia (hospital).

প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: দিনে তিনবার 40-120 mg; সাস্টেইনড-রিলিজ দিনে একবার 240 mg; সুপ্রাভেন্ট্রিকুলার ট্যাকিকার্ডিয়ায় (হাসপাতালে) ধীরে IV তে 5-10 mg।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Verapamil Hydrochloride should not be used in:
- Severe left ventricular dysfunction, cardiogenic shock, sick sinus syndrome, second or third-degree heart block.
- Severe low blood pressure; atrial fibrillation with an accessory pathway.
- Use with IV beta blockers.
Verapamil Hydrochloride যাদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়:
- বাম নিলয়ের মারাত্মক অকার্যকারিতা, কার্ডিওজেনিক শক, সিক সাইনাস সিনড্রোম, দ্বিতীয় বা তৃতীয় মাত্রার হার্ট ব্লক।

Constipation, dizziness, headache, slow heart rate, ankle swelling.
