Pirfedone is indicated for the treatment of:
Mild to moderate idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Dosage and administration of Pirfedone:
Adults: increase over 14 days to 801 mg three times daily with food (total 2,403 mg/day); specialist-directed.

Pirfedone may interact with:
Fluvoxamine and ciprofloxacin raise levels; smoking lowers levels.
