Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Zyrolin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Pneumonia (hospital-acquired and community-acquired).
- Complicated skin and soft tissue infections.
- Infections caused by resistant Gram-positive bacteria (MRSA, VRE).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Zyrolin:
- Adults: 600 mg every 12 hours orally or IV, usually for 10-14 days.
- Treatment beyond 2 weeks needs weekly blood count checks.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Zyrolin should not be used in:
- Use of MAO inhibitors within 14 days.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure, phaeochromocytoma, carcinoid, overactive thyroid.

Possible side effects of Zyrolin:
- Diarrhoea, nausea, headache, taste change.
- Low blood counts, nerve and optic nerve damage, lactic acidosis with long use.
