Ovit is indicated for the treatment of:
- Prevention and treatment of vitamin A deficiency.
- Night blindness and xerophthalmia.
- Supplementation in children as per national programmes.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Ovit:
- Prevention (children): 100,000 IU as a single dose at 6-11 months and 200,000 IU every 4-6 months from 12 months, as per national guidelines.
- Xerophthalmia: age-based doses on days 1, 2 and 14 under medical supervision.
- Pregnant women should not take high doses.
Ovit-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রতিরোধ (শিশু): জাতীয় নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী ৬-১১ মাসে একক মাত্রায় ১,০০,০০০ IU এবং ১২ মাস থেকে প্রতি ৪-৬ মাসে ২,০০,০০০ IU।
