Diclofen is indicated for the treatment of:
- Pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
- Acute muscle and joint pain, sprains, back pain.
- Painful periods.
- Pain after surgery; acute gout.

Dosage and administration of Diclofen:
- Adults: 50 mg two to three times daily after food (maximum 150 mg/day); injection and topical forms are used as directed.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.

Diclofen should not be used in:
- Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding.
- Severe heart, liver or kidney failure.
- Allergy to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
- Third trimester of pregnancy.
