Dosage and administration of Atenolol:
- Adults: 25-100 mg once daily (maximum 100 mg); reduce in kidney impairment.
- Do not stop suddenly.

Atenolol should not be used in:
- Decompensated heart failure, cardiogenic shock.
- Severe slow heart rate, second or third-degree heart block, sick sinus syndrome.
- Severe asthma.
