Streptokinase is indicated for the treatment of:
- Acute heart attack (thrombolysis).
- Pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis and arterial thrombosis.

- Heart attack: 1.5 million IU IV infused over 60 minutes.
- Other indications follow hospital protocols.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Streptokinase should not be used in:
- Active bleeding, recent stroke, surgery or serious trauma.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure, aortic dissection; previous streptokinase within 12 months or recent streptococcal infection.
