Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Reonam is indicated for the treatment of:
- Infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria: urinary tract, lower respiratory, intra-abdominal and gynaecological infections.
- Septicaemia.
Reonam নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- গ্রাম-নেগেটিভ জীবাণুজনিত সংক্রমণ: মূত্রনালি, নিচের শ্বাসতন্ত্র, পেট ও স্ত্রীরোগজনিত সংক্রমণ।

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Reonam:
- Adults: 1-2 g IV or IM every 8-12 hours (maximum 8 g/day); reduce in kidney impairment.
- Hospital use.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতি ৮-১২ ঘণ্টা অন্তর IV বা IM এ 1-2 g (সর্বোচ্চ দৈনিক 8 g); কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে কমান।
- হাসপাতালে ব্যবহার্য।

Possible side effects of Reonam:
- Rash, diarrhoea, nausea, injection-site pain.
- Rare: severe allergy, colitis, liver enzyme rise.

- ত্বকে র্যাশ, ডায়রিয়া, বমি বমি ভাব, ইনজেকশনের স্থানে ব্যথা।

Precautions while using Reonam:
- May be used in many penicillin-allergic patients, but cross-reaction with ceftazidime is possible.
- Reduce dose in kidney impairment.
Reonam ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা:
- পেনিসিলিনে অ্যালার্জিযুক্ত অনেক রোগীর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে, তবে সেফটাজিডিমের সাথে ক্রস-প্রতিক্রিয়া সম্ভব।
- কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে মাত্রা কমাতে হবে।
