Aknill Soft Gelatin is indicated for the treatment of:
Severe nodulocystic acne that has not responded to other treatment.

Dosage and administration of Aknill Soft Gelatin:
Adults: 0.5-1 mg/kg daily with food for 16-24 weeks (cumulative dose about 120-150 mg/kg), under a dermatologist.

- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (causes severe birth defects).
- Liver disease; very high blood fats; vitamin A excess.
- Use with tetracyclines or vitamin A supplements.
