G-Pethidine is indicated for the treatment of:
- Moderate to severe pain, including after surgery.
- Pain relief in labour (as directed).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of G-Pethidine:
- Adults: 50-150 mg IM or SC every 4 hours (maximum about 600 mg/day); IV 25-50 mg slowly.
- Controlled drug; short-term use under medical supervision.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
G-Pethidine should not be used in:
- Use with MAO inhibitors (within 14 days).
- Respiratory depression, severe kidney failure, raised pressure in the skull, acute alcoholism.
