Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Flubifen is indicated for the treatment of:
- Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
- Mild to moderate pain and period pain; sore throat (lozenges).
Flubifen নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Blocks cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes and reduces prostaglandin production.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Flubifen:
Adults: 50-100 mg two to three times daily with food (maximum 300 mg/day); lozenge 8.75 mg every 3-6 hours.

প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: খাবারের সঙ্গে দিনে দুই-তিনবার ৫০-১০০ mg (সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০ mg/দিন); লজেঞ্জ প্রতি ৩-৬ ঘণ্টায় ৮.৭৫ mg।
Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Flubifen may interact with:
Anticoagulants, aspirin and other NSAIDs, corticosteroids, ACE inhibitors/ARBs and diuretics, methotrexate, lithium.
Flubifen-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
অ্যান্টিকোয়াগুলান্ট, অ্যাসপিরিন ও অন্যান্য NSAID, কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েড, ACE ইনহিবিটর/ARB ও মূত্রবর্ধক, মেথোট্রেক্সেট, লিথিয়াম।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Flubifen should not be used in:
- Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding.
- Severe heart, liver or kidney failure.
- Allergy to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
- Third trimester of pregnancy.

- Stomach pain, nausea, indigestion, ulcers and bleeding.
- Headache, dizziness, fluid retention, raised blood pressure.

Precautions & Warningsসতর্কতা
Precautions while using Flubifen:
- Take with food; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Caution in the elderly, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease and asthma.
- Long-term high doses raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Flubifen ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা:
- খাবারের সাথে নিন; সবচেয়ে কম কার্যকর মাত্রায় সবচেয়ে অল্প সময়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করুন।
- বয়স্ক ব্যক্তি, উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, হৃদরোগ, কিডনি রোগ ও হাঁপানিতে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন।
- দীর্ঘদিন বেশি মাত্রায় ব্যবহারে হার্ট অ্যাটাক ও স্ট্রোকের ঝুঁকি বাড়ে।
