Inkolin IM/IV is indicated for the treatment of:
- Reduction of secretions before anaesthesia and with reversal of muscle relaxants.
- Peptic ulcer (add-on).
- Drooling in children with neurological conditions.

Dosage and administration of Inkolin IM/IV:
- Premedication: 4-10 mcg/kg IM or IV.
- Reversal: 0.2 mg for each 1 mg of neostigmine.
- Peptic ulcer: 1-2 mg two to three times daily.
