Glucal is indicated for the treatment of:
- Low blood calcium (hypocalcaemia).
- Protection of the heart in high blood potassium.
- Calcium supplement; hydrofluoric acid burns (specialist).

Dosage and administration of Glucal:
- IV (hospital): 10 ml of 10% slowly over 10 minutes with ECG monitoring.
- Oral supplement: as per the product label.
